Under normal conditions, we process orders received until 1:00 p.m. on the same day they are placed. During peak periods, the processing time can take up to 1-2 working days.
When it comes to international orders, flexibility is very important - that's why we chose to offer transport options.
For shipments within the European Union, our main option is the classic international DPD service, the cost being calculated according to the shipping address, as well as the transport times. Another transport option is TNT's Express and Economy Express services - costs and transit times may vary depending on the shipping address, but you will receive this information on the check-out page, once you have entered the address you want it to be delivered to order delivered.
Depending on your needs and preferences, for shipments outside the European Union we use the international Express delivery services (shorter delivery time) or Economy Express (lower cost) of TNT - costs and transit times may vary depending on the address shipping, but you will receive this information on the check-out page, once you have entered the address to which you want the order to be delivered.
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping address, weight and size of your order. You can easily see the shipping cost for your order by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address.
For shipments within Romania, the shipping cost is free for orders over 150 RON
For shipments within the European Union, the shipping cost is free for values exceeding €400 (this threshold is not valid for orders that include basic materials, e.g.: elastic taffeta, elastic satin, crepe, tulle, etc.)
For shipments outside the European Union, the shipping cost is displayed on the check-out page, once you have entered the shipping address.
For customized shipping solutions, please contact us (valid for orders exceeding €5,000).
Please note that all international orders with shipping addresses outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, which are levied by the country of destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charges. We at Luxuro have no control over these fees and cannot communicate their amount.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by visiting the website of the chosen carrier and entering the tracking number.
