National shipping options

Our standard delivery option in Romania is the standard national DPD service, delivery taking place in 1-2 business days, with a cost of 15 RON including VAT, valid throughout Romania (for orders under 300 RON).

Order processing time

Under normal circumstances, we process orders received by 1:00 PM on the same day they are placed. During peak periods, processing time may take up to 1-2 business days.

International shipping options

When it comes to international orders, flexibility is very important - that's why we have chosen to offer shipping options.

For shipments within the European Union, our main option is the classic international DPD service, the cost being calculated according to the shipping address, as well as the transport times. Another transport option is TNT's Express and Economy Express services - costs and transit times may vary depending on the shipping address, but you will receive this information on the check-out page, once you have entered the address where you want the order to be delivered.

Depending on your needs and preferences, for shipments outside the European Union we use TNT's Express (shorter delivery time) or Economy Express (lower cost) international delivery services - costs and transit times may vary depending on the shipping address, but you will receive this information on the check-out page, once you have entered the address to which you want the order to be delivered.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping address, weight, and size of your order. You can easily see the shipping cost for your order by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address.

For shipments within Romania, the shipping cost is free for orders over 150 RON.

For shipments within the European Union, shipping costs are free for values ​​exceeding €400 (this threshold does not apply to orders that include basic materials, e.g.: elastic taffeta, elastic satin, crepe, tulle, etc.)

For shipments outside the European Union, the shipping cost is displayed on the check-out page, once you have entered the shipping address.

Information about customs duties (if applicable)

Please note that all international orders with shipping addresses outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, which are levied by the country of destination. These duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charges. Luxuro Brand has no control over these duties and cannot communicate their amount.
